" We managed to get a last minute booking with Beverly - Camping @ Hayfield on the May BH weekend. Beverly was a fantastic host and spent lots of time giving us recommendations for the local area, nothing was too much trouble and the whole family were so welcoming even though the site wasn’t officially open yet. We can’t wait to come back at some point and can’t thank the owners enough for the great camping experience in the most beautiful surroundings!
Also check out the ice cream farm near the campsite, it was the best ice cream we have ever had.
The most perfect bank holiday ♥️ "

" We had the warmest of welcomes!
Beautiful, clean site with fabulous views!
The owners of Hayfield went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible.
There are lots of places to visit in the area (the local ice cream farm) and plenty of walking to be done, although we enjoyed staying on site too.
A sink and toilet, water and hand sanitisers were all available.
The owners even brought some beautiful cows down for my son to see and pet! (who stay right next to the site)
One of the nicest places I've camped, I would highly recommend to anyone! "
